Reupholstered Dining Chairs

Found a free table on Craigslist oh yah! And it came with these great chairs. I just had to replace the fabric.

The hardest part about this makeover is removing the staples from the cushions. After that, you just staple gun the cut fabric into place. Okay I should actually say the hardest part about this makeover was picking the fabric, there are so many cool patterns and fun colors!

Wood Tray Upcycle - Thrifty Rustic Beach Style

The spring season always inspires me! I find myself hunting for furniture to fix up and flip. This little quickie was my first project of the season. It was a perfect little launching off point!

I went to a nearby rummage sale - hooray for rummage sales! - and they had to fill a garbage bag for a dollar deal! I shuffled through their clothes and home goods, kitchen wares and filled my bag with miscellaneous items I definitely did not need. I found a few cute onesies for my one year old and yet another green shirtfor the two year old.

Then I spotted this simple wood tray! Yes! And the flipwas on. Here is what I did to it!

I love how it came out! I got that twine at the dollar store last year and have had that paint for a while so this cost me about $1 and 30 minutes!

Wishing you all a wonderful spring!
